My Ditch The Sugar Challenge Starts Feb. 1

I have a confession to make. I am a sugar junkie! I love sugar… really, I love it. However I know that my liver and pancreas do not, so I have searched far and wide for yummy treats that are naturally sweet to calm my demanding sweet tooth. Beginning February 1, I am starting another challenge called Ditch the Sugar. For eleven glorious days, try NOT to consume foods with added sugars. To help my fellow sugar junkies (and myself), I will be posting simple recipes and snacks to satisfy sweet cravings without the white sparkly sweet stuff. So clean out your pantry, and let’s get this sweet party started. Our bodies will love us for it!
