Today, #Ditchthesugar with pudding! Use one avocado, one very ripe banana, and 2 TBSP cocoa or cacao powder. Blend and enjoy. You can use one of these add-ons: vanilla extract, almond extract, orange extract. Extracts give it a ZING. I promise, you won’t miss the sugar. Make sure your banana is very ripe, though. Feel free to add more cocoa/cacao and a little stevia if needed.
