Want a cool, tasty treat? Try making fruit ice cream!

Frozen fruit ice cream
Ingredients:
1 to 2 bananas
frozen berries of your choice, my faves are strawberries and blueberries

Directions:
Cut a banana or two into chunks and freeze it for at least 12 hours. To a food processor or high powered blender, such as a Vitamix or Blentec, add the frozen banana chunks along with a few frozen berries of your choice. The more berries you add, the more it will be like sorbet. Using fewer berries and more banana will make it more creamy.
Process in the food processor/blender until it becomes nice and creamy. Eat and enjoy. You can store any left-overs in the freezer, but it tastes best fresh.
