I graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, completed T.Colin Campbell’s Plant-based nutrition program and have studied under some amazing yoga teachers over the years. Sybil Shelton-Ford, MA,CHHC, RYT, is a holistic health and wellness coach, yoga therapist and educator. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education and certifications from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, eCornell Plant Based Nutrition Program, Integrative Yoga Therapy and the Temple of Kriya Yoga.
