Try one of the hottest new trends in fitness. Barre classes combine Pilates, ballet barre, and tried-and-true calisthenic exercises to tone your entire body-especially your abs, hips, and thighs (all of the “problem areas” on most women). This class is low impact and utilizes simple movements, but it is challenging! Bring an exercise mat and water. Ballet shoes or socks with traction are recommended. Recommended for all fitness levels.
